Diagonal Rib Top-Down Socks
Two 2-hr classes from Nov. 19 & Dec. 3, 2019 2-4
Take the next step in making socks and add a stitch pattern! This sock can be knit two different ways--with the stitch pattern all around the leg or the pattern only on the front of the leg and a simple knit 1, purl 1 rib on the back. We will be working one sock at a time, but you can knit two socks at the same time on separate sets off needles.
You will learn the German Twisted cast on, and how to knit the heel flap, turn the heel, pick up and knit stitches to make a gusset, ending with the kitchener stitch.
